This option lets you build the campaign for a customer. They will be sent all communication for the campaign as if they built it themselves .It will show up in their /new-campaigns/ page.

IMPORTANT INFO REGARDING POSTAL CODE TARGETING (PCT):

PCT Campaigns are different than traditional mail campaigns. Please ensure the following before continuing building this campaign:

Your artwork has PCT Quiet Zones (Review our design guides).
You want to target clusters of 15-20 homes or individual condos/apartments.

If you are looking for a Neighbourhood Mail campaign that targets entire neighbourhood areas, please select the appropriate option before continuing.

Select the earliest available date you want your campaign to be delivered to Canada Post. Your account manager will discuss expected in-home dates with you based on delivery standards.

Select from your existing audiences:*

Select from one of your previously built/uploaded custom audiences. You can select from any audience that matches the Smartmail Marketing campaign type selected for this campaign.

Data costs vary by campaign type. You will be presented with additional costs (if any) as you build your campaign.

Great choice! You will upload your customer data at a later stage in the campaign builder. First-time data services include cleaning of data and NCOA.

Personalized Mail Custom Audience Data Cost
We provide Name & Address data from Canada Post. Build and use an audience from $0.15/record. A minimum $50 fee applies to the first time you use your audience.

Postal Code Targeting Custom Audience Data Cost
Address data is included in the PCT postage cost from Canada Post. PostNow charges a flat rate of $20 per PCT campaign to prepare the data for print and mail.

Multi-Drop Campaign Delivery Settings

Number of campaign drops:

For repeat campaigns, this is the total number of times you want to deliver to each household in your audience.
For campaigns being broken into smaller campaigns, this is how many segments you would like.

Multi-drop induction schedule:

Select a recurring schedule or specific dates you would like you direct mail inducted to Canada Post for delivery to your chosen audience.

Recurring drop frequency:*

Select a scheduled option to make campaign planning quick. We recommend a 2-4 week recurring schedule for most multi-drop campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.

Postage payment option:

You can pay for a single campaign drop's postage, or all of your multi-drop postage on checkout. If you opt to only pay for the 1st campaign, you will be sent a postage invoice for each additional drop. Additional drops will not be sent out until the postage payment has been completed.

Step 1: Enter your target location (city, postal codes, neighbourhood names, etc).

Step 2: Choose up-to 3 household filters to refine your geo-target.

Step 3: Select the options for each filter based on which households you want to receive your campaign.

Your custom audience will be available for re-use without additional fee.
