PostNow “Win 500 Luxury Business Cards” – Contest Rules

Eligibility:
This contest is open to all Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory at the time of entry. Entrants must be a Century 21 Associate, owner, or manager to be eligible to win.

Prize:
One winner will receive 500 Luxury Business Cards. The prize includes standard production of 500 premium business cards. Custom design services, shipping upgrades, or additional add-ons beyond the standard package may be subject to additional fees. The prize has no cash value and must be accepted as awarded.

How to Enter:
No purchase necessary. Participants may enter the contest by completing the official entry form at the PostNow booth during the OneC21 trade show.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the contest closing date. The selected entrant will be contacted by email within one week following the show. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within 72 hours, or does not meet all contest requirements, another eligible entrant will be selected.

Consent to Marketing Communications:
By entering this contest, entrants confirm they provide express consent to receive marketing communications from PostNow, in accordance with the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation, CASL. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

General Conditions:
All decisions made by PostNow regarding the contest are final and binding. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash. PostNow reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

Release and Liability:
By participating in this contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless PostNow, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the contest or acceptance and use of the prize.

Privacy:
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering the contest and for marketing purposes where consent has been provided. By entering, entrants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information in accordance with PostNow’s privacy policy.

Governing Law:
This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations of Canada.
