The induction date is the date that PostNow delivers your campaign to a Canada Post sorting facility. After we induct your campaign, the delivery time to your audience will depend on the Canada Post Smartmail Marketing delivery standards.
Please contact us for information on delivery standards for your specific mail type and location.
You can send direct mail campaigns to essentially any household or business address in Canada. Since we have access to all the addresses that Canada Post can deliver to, the only people that can not be targeted are those that have added themselves to the “Do Not Mail” list for Canada Post.
You can target by individuals (with your own data only), or you can target by full postal code (ie. T6B 2M2) or by Neighbourhood Walk (average 300-500 households).
Yes, bulk orders typically receive lower per-unit pricing. Contact customer support for specific rates on large campaigns.
You can use our Neighbour Mail Audience Builder to target select neighbourhoods. Here’s a short 2-minute demo on how to target a neighbourhood, including adding demographic filters.
Note you only need to outline the area you want to target. We will use the Precision Targeter tool to find your campaign’s matching neighbourhoods and households.
We simplified direct mail campaign ordering by putting together a “campaign in a box” solution that saves you time and cost on direct mail campaigns under 100,000 pieces.
