Who can I send to with PostNow?

You can send direct mail campaigns to essentially any household or business address in Canada. Since we have access to all the addresses that Canada Post can deliver to, the only people that can not be targeted are those that have added themselves to the “Do Not Mail” list for Canada Post.

You can target by individuals (with your own data only), or you can target by full postal code (ie. T6B 2M2) or by Neighbourhood Walk (average 300-500 households).

Yes, you can set up multiple delivery dates during the scheduling phase for staggered campaigns.

What is the typical turnaround time for campaigns to be printed and delivered?

Turnaround times vary but generally range from 7-14 business days from order confirmation to delivery.

How do I target Neighbourhoods?

You can use our Neighbour Mail Audience Builder to target select neighbourhoods. Here’s a short 2-minute demo on how to target a neighbourhood, including adding demographic filters.
