Who can I send to with PostNow?

You can send direct mail campaigns to essentially any household or business address in Canada. Since we have access to all the addresses that Canada Post can deliver to, the only people that can not be targeted are those that have added themselves to the “Do Not Mail” list for Canada Post.

You can target by individuals (with your own data only), or you can target by full postal code (ie. T6B 2M2) or by Neighbourhood Walk (average 300-500 households).

How do I select the audience for my campaign?

  • Utilize the Audience Manager to define demographics such as age, income, or interests.
  • Alternatively, use Postal Code Targeting to specify geographic areas.

Can I upload my own print ready design files?

Yes! If you already have a direct mail campaign design done, we will print it for you after you upload and complete your campaign order. Files should be packaged as print-ready PDFs or you can upload your AI, PSD, INDD, or other design format directly. Max file-size upload is 64MB.

If there are any issues with the print files, we will help you correct them or provide specific file specifications to you and your designer.

I need help with my order. How can I reach your team?

To get help with your order from PostNow, you can contact their team via email at contact@postnow.ca or by calling 1-866-482-2412. Their office support hours are Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM MST. Alternatively, you can use their live chat feature to get a quicker response. For more details, visit their Contact Us page.

What is the induction date?

The induction date is the date that PostNow delivers your campaign to a Canada Post sorting facility. After we induct your campaign, the delivery time to your audience will depend on the Canada Post Smartmail Marketing delivery standards.

Please contact us for information on delivery standards for your specific mail type and location.

How long does it take my campaign to be delivered?

From order to delivery can be as quick as eight business days for a Neighbourhood Mail campaign.

Once your campaign is inducted to a Canada Post facility, you can expect your campaign to be delivered based on the current Smartmail Marketing delivery standards. This information is found on pages 3-5 here – Canada Post Smartmail Marketing Delivery Standards.

Due to the complexity of determining when your campaign can reach homes, please feel free to contact our team for more details on your particular campaign.
