Who can I send to with PostNow?

You can send direct mail campaigns to essentially any household or business address in Canada. Since we have access to all the addresses that Canada Post can deliver to, the only people that can not be targeted are those that have added themselves to the “Do Not Mail” list for Canada Post.

You can target by individuals (with your own data only), or you can target by full postal code (ie. T6B 2M2) or by Neighbourhood Walk (average 300-500 households).

Can PostNow work with pre-printed mailers or help with special items like calendars or magnets?

PostNow does not accept pre-printed mail pieces* for mailing services. However, there are companies that specialize in handling pre-printed items, such as One To One Mailing in Edmonton or other direct mail houses across CanadaVisit One To One Mailing for more information.

If you’ve already printed your mailers, the fees for preparing and mailing them will depend on the direct mail company you choose to work with. These costs can vary based on factors like the type of material and project scope. For a list of options, check out the Canada Post Partner Directory.

For DIY enthusiasts, Canada Post’s online tools, such as Precision Targeter, can help you plan and execute a direct mail campaign. These tools allow you to target specific neighborhoods, demographics, and more.

*When it comes to special items like calendars, magnets, or other unique materials, PostNow evaluates these projects on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss the specifics of your project.
